INSIDE-OUT FOREHAND LOOP AND PLACEMENT

Goals:
- inside-out forehand loop
- elbow choise of loop

Needed strokes:
++ forehand and backhand loop and block
+ footwork, serve, forehand stab

0 - 15 minutes    Warming Up, for example doing some running exercising and light stretching.

15 - 22.5 minutes    -    warming up the forehand side 

Player A:

1. FH counter

After a couple of minutes let player A play:
1. FH loop

Again after a couple of minutes, player A:
1. FH block

Player B:

1. FH counter

  22.5 - 30 minutes    -    warming up the backhand side 

Player A:

1. BH counter

After a couple of minutes let player A play:
1. BH loop

Again after a couple of minutes, player A:
1. BH block

Player B:

1. BH counter

1. BH loop

 

  30 - 45 minutes    -    2 x 7.5 minutes for each player    -    practice of the new or to improve stroke

Player A:

1. backspin serve

2. BH or FH loop

3. FH inside-out loop

Player B:

1. FH stab

 

2. BH block
<free ending of rally, try to keep control and score the point>

 

  

45 - 60 minutes    -    2 x 7.5 minutes    -    practice of the new or to improve stroke 

Player A:

1. backspin serve short everywhere

2. FH or BH loop

3. FH or BH loop

Player B:

1. FH stab to elbow

 

2. FH or BH block to elbow

 

  

60 - 65 minutes    Take a short brake and something to drink.

65 - 80 minutes    -    2 x 7.5 minutes    -    main exercise combining the goals 

Player A:

1. backspin serve short everywhere

2. FH or BH loop

3. FH inside-out loop

1. FH stab to elbow

 

2. FH or BH block

 

  80 - 90 minutes    -    2 x 5 minutes    -    ending short exercise

Player A:

1. backspin serve

2. FH loop, which may be an inside-out one

 90 - ... minutes    Match play and cooling down
