BACKHAND LOOP ON UNDERSPIN AND PLACEMENT

Goals:
- backhand loop on backspin
- looping placement

Needed strokes:
++ forehand loop
+ short serve, forehand stab, backhand and forehand block

0 - 15 minutes    Warming Up, for example doing some running exercising and light stretching.

15 - 22.5 minutes    -    warming up the forehand side 

Player A:

1. FH counter

After a couple of minutes let player A play:
1. FH loop

Again after a couple of minutes, player A:
1. FH block

Player B:

1. FH counter

  22.5 - 30 minutes    -    warming up the backhand side
  

Player A:

1. BH counter

After a couple of minutes let player A play:
1. BH loop

Again after a couple of minutes, player A:
1. BH block

Player B:

30 - 45 minutes    -    2 x 7.5 minutes for each player    -    practice of the new or to improve stroke  

Player A:


1. backspin serve short or long
then either:

2. BH loop <repetitive>

Player B:


1. FH stab or BH push

2. BH block
3. BH block

 45 - 60 minutes    -    2 x 7.5 minutes    -    practice of the new or to improve stroke
  

Player A:

 60 - 65 minutes    Take a short brake and something to drink.

65 - 80 minutes    -    2 x 7.5 minutes    -    main exercise combining the goals
